Tracy started his own financial advising firm in 2003 after spending 5 years at a large, national investment company. Although he gained invaluable experience working at one of the largest firms in the industry, he believed that he could better serve his clients by having the ability to offer a wider range of solutions.  He believes financial planning is a very personal activity, and he has designed his company to meet the individual and varying needs of his clientele.

Attention to detail, good listening skills and a great personable approach are symbols of his appreciation by his clients.  He is effectively supported by a team of administration, group benefits and investment products specialists whose teamwork and professionalism help him build long-term relationships with his client base and provide excellent customer experiences.

Given Tracy’s love of the game of football, he is proud to specialize in services offered to NFL players entering the league.   He is well versed in the NFL pay practices, and how to balance NFL sponsored benefit packages vs. open market products.  His office also offers expense management, risk management and league consulting services.

Tracy has lived in the Treasure Valley all of his life, and is a proud graduate of Boise State University where he earned his business degree and played 4 years of football.  He spends countless hours in the community, most notably as the President of the non-profit Eagle Rodeo.

Tracy is happily married to his wife, Elizabeth, and has two grown children.  Away from the business, he enjoys hunting, traveling and spending time with family, friends and his 3 dogs.
